This page says what From Monday stores and why. It is short because the list is short.

If you search

The text of the brief you type is stored, with the number of people it matched and the time, so we can see which roles people look for. It is not tied to you. If you paste a link to a job ad, that page is fetched to read the role from it.

If you ask for a contact

We store your email address, which you prove with a code we send to it, and which contacts you were given. A cookie named fm keeps you signed in. It is the only cookie the site sets, and it is set only once you sign in.

If you add yourself as a candidate

We store what you give us: name, email, the titles you can be hired as, the date you can start, and your location and LinkedIn link if you add them. Hirers see your first name, the initial of your surname, one title, and your start date. Your full name and a way to reach you are given only to a hirer who asks for your contact.

If you share a link

Links you share from the site carry a short code that belongs to you. When someone arrives through one, we count the visit for you. The visitor is stored as a one-way hash, not as an address, and only so the same person is not counted twice.

What we do not do

No advertising trackers, no analytics scripts from other companies, no selling or lending of email addresses.

Having something removed

Write to hello@frommonday.app from the address concerned and it is deleted.
